Reverend Andrea Curry is an ordained elder in the United Methodist Church in the West Ohio Annual Conference. She is married to Will Curry. Together they have a sweet beagle named Franklin and a sassy cat named Trudie.
Rev. Curry is a graduate of United Theological Seminary with a Master’s degree in Divinity. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Fine Art from Wittenberg University.
Rev. Curry is passionate about missional ministry and enjoys helping people discern their gifts and skills to share the good news of the Gospel. She believes the church is not just a building, but a group of Jesus followers who strive to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world. Her favorite scriptures are Deuteronomy 6:4-9, Jeremiah 17:7-8, John 3:16, and Ephesians 2:8-10.
Rev. Curry is the president of the BG Ministerial Association and a community advisor for the United Methodist Student Organization at BGSU. She also serves on the BG Interfaith Breakfast Planning Team and is a board member for the Wood County Prevention Coalition. Rev. Curry is a published author who has written for Fidela Magazine, and had her devotions and prayers published in the "We Pray with Her" Series - "Speaking Truth."
In her spare time, Pastor Andrea loves adventuring to new places with her husband Will. She thinks he's the best travel partner. She also has a love for houseplants and flowers. Director of Education & Outreach
Gail serves as the Director of Christian Education and Outreach overseeing the Youth Education Programs, teaching Sunday School and Jr Worship, leading our active Youth Group planning Christ-centered activities combining fun and fellowship. Gail shares her gifts and talents planning our missions, special events and community outreach events, including the Vacation Bible School, the Lunch Buddies program, women's conference, youth mission trips, holiday events, and much more. Gail holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree, and a Master's of Education Degree in Training and Development from Bowling Green State University.
She brings with her many years of event planning and organizational leadership experience from several organizations. Gail has a very musical background. She loves to sing and play the piano, has been a pianist/organist with choir accompaniment in the Methodist Churches of the West Ohio Conference for thirty years and has recently transitioned into youth ministry where God has called her to serve. Gail also serves and volunteers her time in the Greater Findlay Area Emmaus Community in various capacities. Gail has a husband and two sons who share the love of music, have been gifted with musical talent and a love for the Lord. Gail's favorite verse from the Bible is Jeremiah 29:11.
Mary Rife grew up just outside of Bowling Green and currently lives 1 1/2 miles from where she grew up. She has been married to Dave Rife for 31 years and holding. They have two daughters, Crystal DeVore (married to Drew DeVore) and Ashley Rife (Ashley is autistic and lives in a group home in Walbridge). Mary has always referred to Trinity as my little job from heaven and still feels that way. Mary returned to work in the office at Trinity as she prepares for retirement from her full-time job in two years. As a workaholic she knows she will never be able to completely retire and do nothing so Trinity will be a perfect fit for that. She loves working at the church and enjoys helping meet the needs of those who come into the office each day.
Ashley Lewis is originally from Tuscaloosa, Alabama. She joined Trinity in the fall of 2021 as our graduate assistant in piano. She is current studying for her Master's in Piano Performance at Bowling Green State University. Ashley has experience in playing the piano for sacred services in United methodist Churches. She is very gifted and her musicality shines through in her choice of preludes and postludes each week. We are blessed by her music each Sunday.
Jonathan D. Kroeger is a composer, performer, designer, and programmer who dabbles in a variety of fields. After receiving his bachelors in Vocal Performance from DePauw University, he stayed in Greencastle, Indiana to work as the School of Music’s Associate of Operations and Publicity. He is currently pursuing a Master of Music in Composition at Bowling Green State University, working as the Vocal Graduate Assistant at Trinity United Methodist Church, and continuing his work with DePauw in a remote capacity as a Media Coordinator.
Eva Panagou is from Greece. She is a graduate student studying at Bowling Green State Universtiy. She is working toward her Master's in Music. Her instrument of choice is the piano which she plays beautifully. She also is very gifted in playing the organ and our congregation is blessed by her music every Sunday.
