Rev. Andrea Curry

Lead Pastor

 

Reverend Andrea Curry is an ordained elder in the United Methodist Church. She is married to Will Curry. Together they have 2 dogs (Franklin a beagle, Copper a Fox Hound) and Trudie a sassy cat. Rev. Curry is a graduate of United Theological Seminary with a Master’s degree in Divinity. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Fine Art from Wittenberg University.

Rev. Curry is passionate about missional ministry and enjoys helping people discern their gifts and skills to share the Good News of the Gospel. Her favorite scriptures are Deuteronomy 6:4-9, Jeremiah 17:7-8, John 3:16, and Ephesians 2:8-10. In her spare time, Pastor Andrea loves adventuring to new places with her husband Will. She thinks he's the best travel partner. She also has a love for houseplants and flowers. She looks forward to meeting you when you visit Trinity! Marie Rittenberry

Director of Discipleship & Outreach

 

Marie is from from Bossier City, Louisiana. she went to undergrad at Louisiana State University at Shreveport. She is currently attending Seminary at MTSO in Delaware, Ohio. She spent the last two years working as a Global Missions Fellow for the United Methodist Church in Michigan. She has previous experience as an Annual Conference Missions Liaison, Family Life Coordinator, and Administrative Assistant at her home church in Louisiana. She enjoys being outdoors, reading, and learning new skills.

Susan Montgomery

Administrative Assistant

 

Susan joins our team as an '11 BGSU grad who is an accomplished author, painter, and muscian. Her many technical skills and passion for communications & graphic design will enable her to succeed in her new position as the Administrative Assistant at Trinty. We look forward to seeing how her gifts and skills blossom and help our ministries grow as we share the love of God in Bowling Green. 

 

Yejin Lee 

Pianist

 

 

Born in Seoul, Korea, YeJin Lee, began playing the piano at the age of five. From 2007 to 2018, she participated in the Suzuki Graduation Concert held annually. In the summer of 2022, she also participated in Atlantic Music Festival. One of the highlights of the concert was her captivating performance of Rachmaninoff's Concerto No. 2.
She is currently in her first year of piano performance at Bowling Green State University, where she is studying with Dr. Yevgeny Yontov. She moved to the United States to study with Professor Sean Duggan at SUNY Fredonia where she received a B.Mus degree

 

Jonathan Kroeger 

Vocalist

 

 

Jonathan is a composer, performer, designer, and programmer who dabbles in a variety of fields. After receiving his bachelors in Vocal Performance from DePauw University, he stayed in Greencastle, Indiana to work as the School of Music’s Associate of Operations and Publicity. He is currently pursuing a Master of Music in Composition at Bowling Green State University, working as the Vocal Graduate Assistant at Trinity United Methodist Church, and continuing his work with DePauw in a remote capacity as a Media Coordinator.

Malik Halce

Organist

 

Malik is a classical pianist born in Kosovo. From his very early childhood years, he grew up with melodies of Ludwig van Beethoven, Roxette, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Edward Grieg, and Pink Floyd. During his studies at the Norwegian Academy of Music and the Franz Liszt Academy of Music, he had many solo and chamber music concerts in Oslo and Budapest. In 2019, his recital took place at the International Chopin Piano Festival in Pristina, Kosovo. He also was invited to the Miami International Piano Festival consecutively in 2017 and 2018 and gave numerous concerts. He also played two concerts in the beautiful and historical city of Salzburg in Austria in 2012 that included pieces by Liszt, Chopin, Schumann, and Wagner/Liszt.

 

Living in many different countries, experiencing and adapting to distinct cultures gave him a multicultural perspective on music. He had opportunities to perform with so many musicians around the world in different nations. Playing chamber music and being connected with people has always been so fascinating for him. Sharing the same stage, creating a special atmosphere, breathing the same ambiance, and bringing out the different traditions regardless of where people are from are among his main inspirations. Currently, Malik is attending his second Master’s Degree at Bowling Green State University in the United States, in the class of Yevgeny Yontov.

 

 

Todd Lentz

Maintenance Technician

 


Todd brings many years of maintenance experience to our Trinity UMC team. He has owned and operated his own handyman business in the Waterville area for 17 years. He also has managed work crews for automotive and construction businesses in the past. Now that he is semi-retired he is glad to be working in a space that both spiritual and challenging. He enjoys taking care of historical buildings and will take great care of our church. Todd is married to his wife Cindy and together they live in Waterville. They enjoy relaxing at the lake in their free time.
